Our volunteers are the program. Whether you have two hours a month or a whole Saturday, there is a way your skills belong here.

Volunteer roles

2 hours / month · 12 months

Meet one-to-one with a girl, set goals together, and be a steady presence in her year.

1–2 hours / week

Support students in math, reading, science, or writing at our after-school sessions.

Occasional sessions

Share your profession or skill — finance, health, coding, public speaking — with a small group.

Flexible

Help with community events, outreach, photography, or behind-the-scenes organizing.
