Dignity first
Every girl is met as a whole person with her own ambitions, not as a case to be managed.
About us
Global Alliance for Girls' Empowerment, Inc. is a newly incorporated nonprofit based in New York. We were founded on a simple belief: girls and young women flourish when someone invests in them early, consistently, and without conditions.

We began with conversations — with parents, teachers, and the girls themselves — about what was missing. The answers were rarely dramatic. A tutor for algebra. Someone to practice an interview with. A safe room after school. A person who remembered your name and your goals.
So we built our organization around those small, durable things. Today we are assembling the mentors, partners, and funding to bring five core programs to girls across our community, and we are inviting New Yorkers to build them with us from the very beginning.

Every girl is met as a whole person with her own ambitions, not as a case to be managed.
Trust is built by returning — the same faces, the same care, week after week.
Families and neighbors help shape our programs, because they know what is needed.
We account for every dollar and share our progress openly with supporters.
Our mission and vision set out what we are working toward and how we measure whether we are getting there.
